Sport Relief 2010 - Birmingham

The Sport Relief Weekend takes place from Friday, 19 to Sunday, 21 March and brings the nation together to get active, raise cash and change lives. It all kicks off on Friday as the nation gets active, raises cash and has a ball at home, at work or at school.

Then, settle down to watch a night of top Sport Relief telly on BBC One.

Then it's the big one, when everyone is invited to do one, three or six miles at the Sport Relief Mile events. These will be taking place on Sunday.

Birmingham will be playing host to one of 16 Flagship Miles, and there are loads of other Miles happening across the region - you can search for the Mile closest to you here.
