1.0 - Payments

Cash payments are to be made within the first 10 minutes of arrival. Please do not be offended if your chosen companion counts your payment. This is company policy and any discrepancies can be dealt with immediately.  We understand mistakes can occur, and would like to minimise any embarrassment for all parties at this early stage.

2.0 - Refunds

If you have paid for an Incall using your debit or credit card and are over 20 minutes late for your appointment, you may lose your booking and will only be partially refunded.  Mckenzie's reserve the right to decide on a fair partial refund, dependent on the circumstances.

3.0 - Cancellation

We understand your schedule may not run smoothly or your plans change.  If you would like to cancel your booking, please give Mckenzies as much notice as possible.  Please notify Mckenzie by telephone on 0845 363 1110.

If the lady arrives and you have to cancel, there will be a 25% cancellation charge made payable to the escort, towards her travel costs.

4.0 - Credit Card Surcharge

A 10% surcharge will be made on all debit or credit card bookings.

5.0 - Escorts

All of the ladies are self-employed individuals.

6.0 - Service

The monies exchanged between the client and the escort are for a companionship service only,  anything activities which may occur during the date are activities between two consenting adults.
